You can call me a therapist now!

BIG NEWS: You can call me a therapist now!

I’m not a therapist-in-training anymore. You can officially call me a therapist now!

A few weeks ago I received a confirmation that I am officially a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) from the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. This milestone is the culmination of what feels like a million hours of coursework, practice, and ultimately a choice that I made 3 years ago to return to school to achieve this qualification.

What does this mean for you?
  •  I am now able to provide a greater breadth of interventions to explore how your past is informing your present and future
  • I am still a coach and can provide future-forward support to help you define and achieve your goals
  • My services are now eligible for coverage from employee assistance programs or extended health benefits that offer coverage for psychotherapy or counselling*

*I cannot guarantee this coverage and it’s important that you confirm this with your insurance provider.

My psychotherapy practice will begin in September and with that, my session rate will be increased from $120 to $165 per session. If you wish to work with me as a coach in advance of that rate increase, please contact me before July 11, 2023. I currently have space available in my practice for 3 clients.
