Unexpected Loss and Unprepared Grief: Finding Hope in Hospice with Aly Bird

My Conversation with Marie from Hospice Explained

I had a powerful conversation with Marie on the podcast, Hospice Explained. We spoke about my story and experience with grief but most importantly we spoke about how I’ve recently become a volunteer with Hospice Toronto and the impact it has made on me, my work, and my outlook on life.

Hospice organizations are full of incredible staff and volunteers dedicating their time to death, dying, and bereavement care. Hospice Explained is a podcast that is working to decrease fear and increase education for patients and their families during the end-of-life season.
