One More is One Less: My Conversation with Greg, President of The Overwatch Collective

Normalizing PTSD, suicide awareness and mental health among First Responders and Military- a conversation about grief with The Overwatch Collective

What started as a desire to share stories from the trenches with their peers has become a 501(c) with a mission of helping first responders, military members, and their families access therapy and other resources to support recovery from PTSD. The Overwatch Collective, founded by Greg Gorgan and Jesse Coulter, now hosts a podcast sharing stories of treatment, recovery, and resilience among the first-responder community, a thriving buddy community offering peer support, and they have helped a number of individuals access therapeutic interventions to combat PTSD ultimately prevent suicide in the communities that keep us safe every day.

Greg and I had a long chat about grief, grief allyship, and post-traumatic growth. His work with The Overwatch Collective holds a special place in my heart as Will, my beloved, was a military member and a firefighter.
