What If I Never Want to Date Again? Exploring All Paths Forward

What If I Never Want to Date Again? Exploring All Paths Forward

After the loss of a partner, society often assumes that dating again is the “next step.” But what if you don’t want to? What if you’re not sure?

Some people find deep joy in repartnering after loss. Others feel that their love story is complete. Some might consider dating but feel no urgency. And many, many others live in the in-between—not sure where they stand, but feeling pressure to decide.

You Get to Define Your Own Path

There is no rule that says you must date again. There is no right or wrong choice. Your life after loss is yours to shape.

How do I feel when I think about dating again?

Am I considering dating because I want to, or because others expect me to?

What kind of relationships (romantic or not) feel fulfilling to me now?

How can I give myself permission to explore without pressure?

If you’re asking these questions, you’re not alone. That’s why I created this workshop on dating after loss—not to push anyone toward dating, but to provide a space where all paths are honored.

This Space Is for You.

Whether you want to date again, aren’t sure, or know that you don’t, you are welcome. This is about your healing and your choices.
