EZ Conversations: Being a Grief Ally

My conversation with Furkhan on the EZ Conversations Podcast

EZ Conversations is a podcast to normalize hard conversations. Talk about adversity, struggles with mental health, feeling alone, and facing tough decisions. Topics range from spirituality, evolutionary changes, cultural barriers, our daily lives, and finding gratitude. EZ Conversations is hosted by Furkhan Dandiam, a therapist, author, speaker, and coach.

In the episode, we talked about my motivation to write Grief Ally and why I believe that allies during grief are crucial. We discuss a couple of chapters in the book and highlight key things to be mindful of when supporting people experiencing grief. We also talked about Covid-19 and grieving in isolation. Give it a listen on your preferred platform.
