Becoming a Grief Ally with Guest Aly Bird – My chat with Serena and Tina, the Mental Health Mamas

The Mental Health Mamas, Tina Hallock, and Serena Ward are on a mission to normalize the conversation around mental health. They were kind enough to invite me to have a conversation about grief and, more importantly, how to be a grief ally on their podcast, No Need to Explain.

This episode is for anyone, not just mamas. It’s short, sweet, and jam-packed with tips and a few interesting facts about Aly. You can read the transcript too if you don’t want to listen but want to read our conversation.

She also wrote her book “Grief Ally.” We discuss the journey through writing the book, how her support system helped her through the loss, and things that helped her along the way. This conversation was deep & raw, and I commend Aly for sharing her story with us today.
