As I Live and Grieve: Filling the Gap in Grief Resources

My conversation with Kathy Gleason from the As I Live and Grieve Podcast

As I Live and Grieve is a podcast created by a mother-daughter duo Kathy and Stephanie creating a space to talk about grief. On their website they write “Less isolation, more community” so you know I had to say YES to being a guest.

In the episode, we talked about the new approach that Grief Ally offers to readers – how to help others, not the bereaved having to help themselves – and the skills that are necessary to do so. This episode is a quick one. It’s only 30 minutes but we promised each other that we would record another one soon! Give the episode a listen on your preferred platform.
